- Authentication: Email and profile name via Google OAuth or local accounts.
- Activity Data: Movies you log, watchlist additions, and ratings.
- Social Interactions: Friend requests and shared activity feed visibility.
2. How We Use Data
Your data is primarily used to power your personal film diary and social discovery:
- Maintaining your personal watch history and lists.
- Syncing activity with friends you have explicitly accepted.
- Providing personalized recommendations based on your logs.
- Technical maintenance and security of the platform.
3. Data Security & Third Parties
We use industry-standard services to keep your data safe. We never sell your personal information.
Our infrastructure partners include Supabase for secure database storage and Google for authentication.
4. Your Control
You have full control over your data. In your settings, you can:
- Adjust profile visibility (Public vs. Friends-Only).
- Manage or disconnect social links.
- Request account deletion which removes all personal logs.
