1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Popcornio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. User Accounts & Data

When you create an account with us through Google Authentication, you must provide accurate and complete information.

  • Personal Use: The service is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Data Sovereignty: Your movie logs, watchlists, and profile data belong to you.
  • Third-Party Data: We use third-party providers for cinematic data. Their terms also apply.

3. Content & Community

Popcornio allows you to share your movie progress with friends. You agree not to:

  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Attempt to scrape or harvest data for commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Popcornio and its licensors.
